These prank videos make me laugh so hard.  I'm sure I wouldn't feel the same if I was on the receiving end of this prank.  I'm surprised this guy didn't get shot or run over by anyone.  I was waiting for the police to show up at the end of the video.

I love scaring my family and friends, but this takes it to another level.
