It didn't take long. After winning the Battle of the Bands at the Paramount Center for the Arts in St. Cloud, Public Service Announcement has been doing exactly what you'd expect a rising local band to do.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT BAND

You guessed it. They've been writing. They've been performing. And they've been building even more momentum.

Now the talented St. Cloud musicians are getting ready to headline one of the area's most legendary music venues.

MAIN STAGE AT THE RED CARPET FRIDAY, JULY 24TH

Public Service Announcement will take the Main Stage at The Red Carpet Nightclub next Friday night, joined by three other outstanding bands for what promises to be an unforgettable evening of live music.

The band says this summer has been one of their busiest yet. They recently played the B Side Birthday Bash and have spent countless hours writing new material. If everything stays on schedule, fans can expect a brand new Public Service Announcement album to be released in August.

NO REST FOR THE WICKED

The musicians haven't exactly been taking much time off either. Along with Public Service Announcement, they've also been busy with another project, Life Is Good, which is releasing a new album at the end of July with an album release show at B Side.

The group says they're excited about everything happening right now, including building relationships with other local bands. They recently caught a show by Foon at The Red Carpet and hope to share the stage with both Foon and Farewell at future performances.

HITTING THE ROAD

As if that wasn't enough, members of Public Service Announcement will also be hitting the road this year, touring throughout the Midwest with Rat Fight, another band they perform with.

When I asked the band what they've been up to since winning Battle of the Bands, the answer was simple. They've been making the most of every opportunity, writing as much music as they can, and continuing to grow as musicians.

If you've never seen Public Service Announcement perform live, next Friday is a great opportunity. Their energetic live show, original music, and growing fan base have made them one of the most talked-about local bands in Central Minnesota.

EPIC NIGHT OF MUSIC FRIDAY, JULY 24TH

With four bands taking the stage and one of St. Cloud's most iconic music venues providing the backdrop, it has all the makings of a fantastic night for anyone who loves live, local music.

If you're looking for something fun to do next weekend, consider checking out Public Service Announcement as they headline The Red Carpet Nightclub. It might just be your chance to say you saw them before they got even bigger.
