I’m Turning The Big 4-0 in The ‘Big Apple’ [VIDEOS]

I'm heading to the airport in Minneapolis this afternoon to fly to New York City. I'll be celebrating my 40th birthday tomorrow (1/13) in the city that never sleeps (but this guy hopes to get at least 4 hours of sleep). I land this evening around 9:30 p.m., have to catch a cab to my hotel in the city, and scheduled a 4:00 a.m. wake up call the next morning.

I'm excited to visit NBC's Today Show with New Kids on the Block member Danny Wood. He's promoting the release of his new solo album "Look At Me" and performing live in the 10:00 a.m. hour with Kathy Lee & Hoda on Wednesday morning. We have a 5:00 a.m. call time, so needless to say it will be a long but exciting morning. After the Today Show performance we head straight to the SiriusXM studios to appear on Jenny McCarthy's radio show "Dirty Sexy Funny."

I will be in the Big Apple less than 24 hours, but this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Who gets to celebrate a milestone birthday (like turning 40) in such an exciting city? I'll be calling in live tomorrow morning during the Get Up & Go Show with updates. Kelly wants me to bring back some mementos from  the set (like maybe Kathy Lee's wine glass).
