Fan Dies at New Kids on the Block Concert in St. Louis [VIDEO]

It was suppose to be a night to remember for a 35-year-old New Kids on the Block fan, instead it turned out to be a nightmare for her family and friends. Jen Steger Giamarino suffered a medical emergency right before the "Main Event" at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri last Friday night.

My heart aches for her family, friends and the Block Head nation. New Kids on the Block member Donnie Wahlberg tweeted about her passing shortly after hearing the devastating news.
