I Love Spending Time ‘Up North’ [PHOTOS]

Nothing relaxes me more than escaping the 'hustle & bustle' of the city and heading to northern Minnesota. The BEST part is I only have to drive 90 miles to find my very own heaven on earth.

Check out some pics I took on my recent trip to Emily, Minnesota at North Country Outdoors. This place allows me to unwind and relax like no other. I don't reach for my smart phone or tablet (however as you'll see in the the pic above, that didn't stop the ladies). I look forward to returning before the end of summer to get my much needed fix, and I also heard the fall is a wonderful time to visit (with the leaves changing color).

Whatever you enjoy about Minnesota, you'll find here. From hunting to fishing, biking to boating, its all under 100 miles away....treat yourself to a trip you won't forget. I also love that its close to the Brainerd Lakes attractions.
