Four Ways to Burn 100 to 400 Calories
All the numbers are based on what the average woman would burn. So if you're a dude, you'd actually burn more. Between workouts at Orange Theory Fitness, I'm still looking at ways to burn those calories. Here are some random ways!
1. You can burn 100 calories by playing with your dog for 30 minutes.
2. You can burn 200 calories by dancing for 30 minutes.
3. You can burn 300 calories by shopping for 2 hours (guys watch your wallets).
4. You can burn 400 calories by doing yard work for 90 minutes (mowing, raking).
