
Fight Leads to Deadly Shooting in Minneapolis
Minneapolis, MN (KROC-AM News)- Police in Minneapolis say a man is dead after being gunned down during an altercation.

A news release issued Thursday morning says the incident occurred sometime on Wednesday night. Officers responded to the report of a shooting at a bar in north Minneapolis around 11:50 p.m.
About five minutes after receiving the shooting call, officers learned of a 47-year-old man arriving at a hospital with what was described as at least one potentially life-threatening gunshot wound.
The gunshot victim was later pronounced dead at the hospital. His name has not been released.
The preliminary investigation indicates the gunfire stemmed from an altercation that escalated into a shooting. As of Thursday morning no arrests have been made.
The man’s body was sent to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy to determine his identity and cause and manner of death. The deadly shooting is under investigation, police say.
