Crash Suspect Faces Several Charges After North St. Cloud Hit and Run
ST. CLOUD -- St. Cloud police responded to a two vehicle hit and run crash Monday afternoon in North St. Cloud.
The incident happened just before 5:00 p.m. at the intersection of 2nd Street North and 15th Avenue North.
Sergeant Jason Burke says 41-year-old Abdulqader Ishaq was heading east on 2nd Street North, when another vehicle ran a stop sign and stuck his vehicle.
The suspect fled the scene. Ishaq's passenger, 32-year-old Ibrahim Dhuhul, was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
After the investigation, the case was sent to the attorney's office for review. 47-year-old Robert O'Neal is expected to face charges of failing to stop at an accident with injuries, driving after revocation, careless driving and no proof of insurance.
