Legendary musician Billy Joel will perform at Target Field on Friday, July 28th at 8:00 pm, marking his first concert in a Minnesota stadium in his extraordinary career. American Express card members can purchase tickets before the general on sale beginning this Monday, January 16th at 10:00 am through Thursday, January 19th at 10:00 pm.
