Minnesota Twins Swap Music For Wrestling In A Wild Post-game Show
Hey - meet me after the game and we'll settle this thing. Or something like that. Coming up on July 10th, there will be a brawl in the outfield, or the infield or a combination of the two.
Usually there are musical guests with a mini concert if there is any entertainment after the game. This time, they are going in a different direction, and there is entertainment there - it's just a little bit different than what we are used to. And it's nice to get some diversity. With the musical guests that are already scheduled for post game entertainment, now there is wrestling for people whe enjoy the drama and smack down of All Elite Wrestling.
If you are going to the game - or have tickets to the game (you don't have to go to the game) you will have access to the show afterwards. There is also a VIP option. Those tickets are on sale now and includes ringside access.
This show was announced on Ttuesday before the game with the Astros, which the Twins lost, but they wound up winning the series with only that one loss. As the post game show was announced, there was some smack talk too.
From Bring Me the News:
AEW tag-team Top Flight (comprising Twin Cities natives Dante and Darius Martin) on the field for the reveal. Unfortunately, they were rudely interrupted by wrestling legend and fellow AEW star Jeff Jarrett, who proceeded to smash a guitar over Darius Martin’s head before calling the Twins fans in attendance “nothing but a bunch of pathetic losers.”
Well, I guess we will see who the "pathetic losers" actually are on July 10th. Get your tickets now on the Minnesota Twins website.
