I, much like most of you, have had plenty of venison, fish and bison, but what I had over this last weekend at a Wild Game Feed I never thought I would be eating.

Brittany, Shay and I were down in Southwest Minnesota seeing family and during that time, the Beaver Creek Sportsman Club held a "Wild Game Feed" at a bar called, The Beaver Bar.

In the past they have served alligator, rocky mountain oysters, snake and other things I wouldn't ever imagine eating. This time, no alligator or snake, but they served wild boar, turkey tail (which is the meat on the right side of the plate), venison chili, walleye, rocky mountain oysters and even gizzards.

A lot of the items were new to me, but they were GOOD. Any wild game feeds coming around, I suggest checking it out and trying some foods you never thought you would eat cause it "sounds" gross.

Try them. They were very tasty!
