A study shows that people who regularly eat this score better on tests, but there's always a downside. It's kind of fattening, but you can always use the excuse that you're eating your way to a genius IQ.

A new study done by American and Australian researchers took a thousand adults and the survey said that those adults who regularly consume dairy products like milk, cheese and yogurt scored better on intelligence tests than those who rarely consume dairy.

It comes on the heels of another study conducted with Alzheimer's patients. That study took 104 people with the disease and found that those patients who have healthy fats in their diets like Omega-3's had less brain shrinkage typical of the disease.

The findings were published in The Journal of the American Academy of Neurology and it is now well proven that our brain tissue function is boosted by a healthy amount of fat in our diets.
