That said, we should probably cut this kid some slack for guessing the answer to this puzzle was “Magic Hand” since that’s probably how he honestly feels about his overworked northern appendage.

Pat Sajak’s reaction to this young fellow not producing the proper response is priceless (WTF is a fand?) and we should give the kid a round of “magic hands” for not making a break for it once he realized a 2^nd grader could have solved that puzzle.

We’re still going to say this isn’t the worst game show fail we’ve ever seen. THIS IS the worst we’ve ever seen.

The closer and closer we get to ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ premiere, the more we want to see Andrew Garfield take his Spidey suit off. You know he’s completely naked underneath there, right?

More and more clips and photos keep churning out from Columbia Pictures, who can’t help but tease us to death with that one iconic shirtless image of Garfield going in for a make-out session with Emma Stone. But our favorite sneak peek we’ve gotten from the movie so far is the latest (count ‘em) four-minute trailer. Check it out.

While there aren’t any new shirtless moments for him yet, we’re hopeful that it’ll be worth the wait. But for now, we just have to imagine what’s waiting for us underneath all that spandex.

With so many amazing contenders in the ‘Dancing with the Stars‘ semifinals, it was really anyone’s guess who’d leave after Tuesday night’s elimination show.

So which three couples will move on to next week’s big finale?

Hosts Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke-Charvet, who was nice enough to introduce first-time viewers to her cleavage, kicked off the show by letting the judges choose an encore dance from performance night.

Len announced the honors would go to William and Cheryl’s samba, so the bronzed pair again took to the stage to showcase William’s bouncy backside to a grateful nation.

Then we got a backstage look at what exactly happened to Katherine after she flubbed the end of her second routine on Monday. Apparently a twinge in her back chose to make itself known at an inopportune time, and she was devastated — although it seemed she was more concerned about possibly costing Mark a spot in the finals than she was about herself.

Brooke’s cleavage called Katherine and Mark to the stage to learn their fate, and after they were told they were the first to make it to the finals, they jumped so high it honestly looked like they’d both been launched from ejector seats. Much rejoicing ensued, and we have to say we’re pleased we’ll get to see them next week.

Next up: Derek and Maria, who had a helluva night on Monday. But even though they were at the top of the judges’ leaderboard, they must have fallen short on audience votes because they were the first couple in jeopardy.

Then we got a peek at the upcoming ‘Rock of Ages‘ movie, only live on stage, featuring ‘DWTS’ vet Julianne Hough and the always-amazing Mary J. Blige. It was … well, see for yourself:

Donald and Peta were the next to be told they were in jeopardy, which course meant William and Cheryl moved on to the finals.

And in what many people will probably feel was a really shocking result, Maria and Derek were eliminated, even after getting one perfect score and one near-perfect score on Monday. Yeah, those audience votes do matter. (Is this a good time to say we predicted they’d come in fourth?)

But if Maria was surprised, she sure didn’t let it show. “I learned so many things,” she said about her time on the show. “I learned how strong I was. I learned to persevere.” Classy lady — and as we said, it really could’ve been anyone who went home.

See you next week, when we’ll finally find out who wins the coveted mirror ball trophy.

Sometimes we forget that celebrities are just like you and I. Their lives are not always perfect as the pictures show. Sarah Hyland who plays Haley Dunphy on ABC’s “Modern Family,” revealed that she’s been battling kidney disease since she was a little girl.

Sarah, who is now 21, was interviewed for “Seventeen” Magazine and also with ABC News and said that it was her Dad who saved her life.

“You know that family is always going to be there for you no matter what. My dad gave me a freakin’ kidney! I have a second chance at life, not a lot of people get that.”

In the above photo, Sarah credits her boyfriend, Matt Prokop, for being there to help take care of her. (If you watched MF last week, he starred at Ethan.)

“He helps me with my medication and takes me to doctor appointments and all the stuff that I need to do to take care of myself. Any other 21-year-old guy would not be there, I guarantee it.  I am one of the luckiest people in the world to have him be there for me.”

It’s not that his acrobatic skills with that giant hoop aren’t enthralling, but we’re frankly more captivated by those abs of his. This guy may not have taken home the grand prize this time around, but he definitely has a future as a male model. Sorry, Susan Boyle, but we’d like to focus now on the hot guy with the big… hula hoop.

Moms do a lot for us. Even after we are no longer their responsibility, they are still doing things for us that we take for granted. We should be celebrating these great ladies every single day of the year, not just on Mother’s Day.

Mother’s Day is the time for pretending that preparing breakfast for mom while making a huge mess in the kitchen is a good idea. It’s a time for gluing colored pasta onto construction paper and calling it a gift. And, apparently, it’s a time for making big announcements and surprising moms to the point of dazed speechlessness.

These surprises can be a lot for Mom to take. People showing up out of the blue. Couples announcing that grandchildren are on the way. Celebrity serenades. All of this excitement can really upset Mom and maybe send her over the edge. This little girl only had her mom’s best interests at heart when she warned her about the surprise she would receive on Mother’s Day, so that the shock would not be too much for her.

Moms love it when you give them gifts from your heart. Even if your heart is full of snarky comments and jabs at her ability to create interesting dinner menus. Kyle wrote a song for his mother, which she seems to enjoy despite the fun it pokes at her. He makes up for it in the end and his mom ends up with a unique Mother’s Day gift she can always cherish.

If rap is more your style, that works too. These little girls have a rap for their mom every year, and we’re guessing she loves every one. Britney Spears is headed to the Big Apple to promote and finalize her new gig as an ‘X Factor‘ judge.

TMZ reports that Spears and Co. are “very close” to signing, but a few tiny kinks have to be worked out first. Spears is said to be super into the deal, but that she can’t sign the paperwork herself since she’s still under a conservatorship. Co-conservators Jamie Spears and fiancee Jason Trawick will put pen to paper and seal in her contract for her. The deal is expected to be finalized this weekend and will require permission from Spears’ conservatorship judge, but sources say the deal has already been preapproved.

Spears and ‘X Factor’ producers agreed that her presence at the Fox Upfronts is “essential” to promote the show. Spears will likely make her debut for the show’s promos on Monday, where the fall lineup for the network will be unveiled.

Sources close to Brit-Brit said that she’s more than excited for the job, which she may hold alongside Demi Lovato. “She’s ready for this. She can’t wait to sit down next to Simon at the judges’ table and give this everything she’s got. She is excited about showing the world that she can do this, and do this well. This is the perfect next stage in her career. Both Britney and Simon are very excited to work together.”

While Adam Lambert prepares to release his second album, Trespassing out May 15) to great fanfare, Kris Allen (who won  Season 8 of ‘American Idol‘ and ALSO has a new album out, Thank You Camellia, out in stores May 22) continues to work hard to stay in the spotlight. Allen performed an awesome acoustic medley of songs by Rihanna, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga.

Allen sang ‘We Found Love,’ ‘Firework’ and ‘Just Dance’ with more earnestness than was ever intended for these dance-pop tracks. As he finished, Allen added a taste of ‘Bad Romance’ after the DJ said he was hoping for that Gaga track instead of ‘Just Dance.’

As noted by Idolator, Allen visited the radio station to promote his new single, ‘The Vision of Love,’ which he sang on ‘Idol’ last month. The song is the first taste of Allen’s second major-label release ‘Thank You Camella,’ which hits stores on May 22, the same day he appears on ‘Live With Kelly.’

‘Thank You Camella’ won’t include Allen’s acoustic pop cover, but it will feature 11 songs Allen had a hand in writing.

Johnny Depp stars as ‘Barnabas’ – and he has the world at his feet – or at least in the town of Collinsport, Maine. The master of Collinwood Manor, Barnabas is rich, powerful and a total playboy…until he makes the grave mistake of breaking the heart of Angelique Bouchard (Eva Green).

She’s a witch, in every sense of the word, and Angelique dooms him to a fate worse than death: turning him into a vampire, and then burying him alive.

However, two centuries later, Barnabas is inadvertently freed from his tomb and emerges into the very changed world of 1972. He returns to Collinwood Manor to find that his once-grand estate has fallen into ruin. The dysfunctional remnants of the Collins family have fared little better, each harboring their own dark secrets.

Adam Levine gets bank robbed by his Maroon 5 bandmates in their video for the smash single ‘Payphone.’

In the plot-driven clip, which is completely devoid of performance footage save for Levine singing the lyrics into a pay phone receiver, the frontman plays an insecure banker who hates his life and his job… Until the bank is robbed by crooks (played by the band members) and he attempts to become the “hero” in a hail of bullets as he makes his escape and steals a gun off a robber.

Levine-as-office-drone looks good in glasses. Who knew? He grabs the hot chick — who also wears nerdy specs and is dressed in a sensible, business casual skirt suit — and they hotfoot it out of the bank, steal a hot rod and are chased by the cops. It makes you wonder for a hot minute if they have anything to do with the bank heist or if it’s a case of miscommunication.

All of the action footage, which plays out like a big budget blockbuster film, is spliced with shots of a dirty, beaten Levine at an actual pay phone under a bridge singing to someone. The video is somewhat out of chronological order, since Levine hops on the pay phone after the car chase but we watch him there repeatedly.

The song’s featured guest Wiz Khalifa drops his raps while warming his hands on a bonfire under the bridge by the pay phone, as the cops continue to chase Levine and his banker gal pal. Cop cars catch on fire, flip over and blow up! Cool, right?

Who knew Adam Levine was such a fine actor? He looks pretty sexy in a white wife beater, showing off tattooed his arms.

Kudos to Maroon 5 for having all action video, as opposed to just them playing instruments. This vid unfolds like a mini-movie, with lots of thrills, action and hot pursuit. Bring on the summer blockbusters!

Days after the passing of Beastie Boys‘ Adam ‘MCA’ Yauch, the music world (and beyond) is still reeling. The loss has inspired many musicians to cover songs by the rap trio, and now fun. has honored the late MC with a unique rendition of ‘Sabotage.’

During their recent date at Washington D.C.’s 9:30 Club, the New York band, led by Nate Ruess, launched into a high energy nod to MCA. Although it was short, and only featured one spotty verse from the ‘Ill Communication’ track, the sentiment was still there — Yauch will be missed.

The 47-year-old star made music with the Beastie Boys for over three decades, and was also known for his humanitarian and film work. The trailblazer is being mourned around the world, especially in his hometown of  New York where fun. is also based.

The ‘We Are Young’ band isn’t the only artist to pay tribute to the founding Beastie Boys member. Kid Rock, Travie McCoy and the Roots honored the B-Boys at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and Coldplay treated fans to a heartfelt version of ‘Fight for Your Right’ at their L.A. show at the Hollywood Bowl last Friday, the day that Yauch died.

Fun. will play select dates around the country before heading to Chicago to perform at this year’s Lollapalooza festival.

The clip racked up a whopping 4.9 million views within its first 24 hours on VEVO’s site, and it only keeps growing. At the time of VEVO’s announcement, Rihanna had earned 4,937,281 views in the video’s first day on the Web. We bet her clothing choices — and at times lack thereof — helped!

This isn’t the first record Rihanna’s shattered. She earned 20 top 10 hits faster than any other artist in history and is the fourth artist ever to break 1 billion YouTube views. She has more Facebook likes than any other artist and is the most searched pop star on the Internet. Pretty much if a record was set by any musician (save Adele) so far this decade, she likely did it.

Justin Bieber‘s video for ‘Boyfriend’ is his most mature to date, since his fans are growing and evolving with him. It’s logical and chronological for him to do that. He is now officially a leading man. The big twist that The Biebs spoke about when hyping the vid? The teasers, such as the one of the female hands pawing at his chest, which he released in advance of the premiere, weren’t representative of or a part of the video. Biebs, you literally are a tease!

The clip starts with the song’s intro and the singer whispering in a pretty girl’s ear, as seen through the screen of an iPhone, with other girls watching them voyeuristically. Then, the video stops and starts all over again, with the Biebs now cruising in a black convertible, with sunglasses and the famed Bieber bangs spiked instead of swooped. He shows of his desirable side, bumping and grinding with a pretty brunette.

These are all signposts that Bieber is growing up.

He plays guitar while his friends, both male and female, dance on a rooftop on a warm, sunny day. He’s strumming away, impressing the one he wants. There’s also lots of cars.

The Biebs works really hard to woo the object of his affection, that pretty girl whose boyfriend he wants to be. He nuzzles and cuddles with her in the car, singing the lyrics in her ear and playing with her hair. He’s working it and romancing her to the nth degree.

The gold kicks don’t hurt, either. Stylin’ and profilin’ and growing up.

By the time the vid fades out, you’re left with this thought: Justin Bieber, Leading Man. He’s a boy no more.

Thanks to the Stanley Cup playoffs, we’ve been seeing a lot of hockey players back in the spotlight. But there’s definitely one face we’re more happy to see than a lot of the others and that face belongs to Ryan Kesler of the Vancouver Canucks.

We took a look back at all of his career highlights and, in our opinion at least, they’re all moments when he was shirtless. Take his FIRSTAR underwear ads, for instance, or all of his teammates’ interviews that he video bombed in his bath towel. Those were a lot more entertaining then his skills on the ice.

So, we don’t know about you, but we totally forgot that Joseph Gordon-Levitt was even in ‘The Dark Knight Rises.’ Don’t judge! With all the hype around Christian Bale and Anne Hathaway, can you blame us? We were more than pleasantly surprised to see his charming face in the new movie trailer.

We’ve never seen someone so freaking adorable. Have you? The dimples, award-winning (not really) smile, perfect hair and swimmers bod are all working together in harmony. Even when he played that creepy and chaotic character in ‘Hesher,’ we were just happy to see this guy without a shirt for a change.
