The Original Patent For Toilet Paper Finally Solves the “Over Vs. Under” Debate

The debate over if you hang your toilet paper "over" or "under" is one of those things that people will argue until the end of time. On the show this morning, Kelly hangs it in the "under" and Chad in the "over."

In the "over" position, the paper hangs in the front.  In the "under" position, the paper hangs in the back.  A writer found the original patent for the toilet paper roll from back 1891.  It's by an inventor named Seth Wheeler, and it actually does finally give us the definitive answer.
