Would You Support A Speed Limit Decrease On City Streets? [POLL]

Minnesota bike advocates are pushing to get the speed limit reduced from 30 mph to 25 mph on city streets. The reasoning behind it is that if a person were to get hit at 25 mph they'd have a greater chance of survival than if they got hit by a vehicle traveling 30 mph. So, what do you think--is this a good thing, or a bad thing!
