Wind Chill Advisory In Effect Until Noon

UNDATED - The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory.  It is in effect until noon Wednesday.

An arctic air mass will settle across the region through Saturday.

Lows will average in the single digits below zero, with highs between zero and 10 above zero.

A few clouds later today, Thursday and Friday will provide a chance of snow flurries.
