I've got a whole list of things I want to accomplish in 2019. Sometimes I feel like I've made too many goals and I'm a jack of all trades and master of none. So, right now I'm all about focusing my efforts on one HUGE goal at a time. Yes, I have a list of things I want for my life, but I'm going to channel all of my energy on accomplishing ONE goal this year. I want to lose weight and live a healthier life. This has been one of my New Year's Resolutions since I started college nearly 10 years ago. I think that focusing your efforts on one goal will allow you to be able to turn that goal into a habit, and then eventually you'll be able to crush other goals when this becomes your new normal.
