Last night my roommate and I tried out a new group fitness class. It was called BodyPump and we had no idea what was going on. If it wasn't for one really nice girl we would have been lost the entire time. It was a lot of weight lifting but it was done in a way that helped target different zones of your body. I had fun and we plan on going back on Wednesday!
