Waite Park Family Fun Fest Continues With Grand Parade

The Waite Park Family Fun Fest is underway again today with citywide garage sales, a grand parade and more! Here's what's on the fun tap for today!

• Citywide garage sales get underway at 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. You can find a sales list and map on the Waite Park website or  at the Waite Park City Hall.
• A huge plant sale goes from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. today in the covered picnic area behind City Hall. It's located at 19 13th Ave. N.
• The Al Ringsmuth Library is selling gently used and donated books from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. tonight.
• The free train tours will continue today at STARail Museum from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Inflatables will be set up in Community Park from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. There will also be food vendors and a beer garden from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
• The Grand Day Parade kicks off at 6:30 p.m. It'll start at he Waite Park Library and end at Community Park.
• Music in the Park is scheduled to follow the parade. You can catch music from Walter's Wheelhouse from 7:30 p.m .to 10:30 p.m.You're asked to bring your own lawn chairs after 5 p.m.
