These are the the final days of the University of Minnesota's football stadium being known as TCF Bank Stadium. Beginning before the start of the 2021 football season, the venue will officially change its name to Huntington Bank Stadium.

University of Minnesota regents approved the name change yesterday. TCF Bank merged with Detroit based Huntington Bank in 2020, and the deal was finalized earlier this month.

University of Minnesota Athletic Director Mark Coyle says:

We are excited to partner with Huntington Bank and are excited to play in Huntington Bank Stadium this season and beyond. This partnership will allow Gopher Athletics to continue to strive for greatness and focus on the success of our student-athletes.
