Let's go back to the decade of the 90's, for a quick second.

Do you remember The Cranberries?

Many people don't, but it may surprise you just how impactful The Cranberries actually were back in the early to mid 90's.

Most people will remember The Cranberries for two songs; "Linger", and "Dreams" - both from their debut album,"Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can't We?".  That album sold over five million copies in the U.S., and launched the group into superstar status.  The group went on to be one of the most successful rock acts of the '90s, and sold over 15 million albums in the United States alone. The band has achieved four top 20 albums, in all.

After a six-year hiatus, The Cranberries reunited and began a North American tour, followed by dates in Latin America and Europe in early 2010.  The band recorded their sixth album, "Roses", in May 2011, and released it this past February of 2012.

And let me tell you, Dolores O'Riordan can still sing her butt off!

The best news of all regarding The Cranberries, is that they are coming our way very soon.  You can see them 'live' at The Brick, in Minneapolis, on Thursday May 17th.

Twenty years later, though,  'Linger' is the one that still gives me goosebumps....
