If your deer hunting season didn't go as planned, and you've got an unused tag or two, one new Minnesota retailer wants to turn those unused tags into supper! No, you won't be eating the tags, but rather a soup supper is being offered up at the newest Sitka location in Minnesota next weekend.

According to an online event, Maple Grove's Sitka store is offering up a soup supper for those who want to stop by on January 25th, and if you bring your unused tag, you could be walking out with Sitka brand gear. Not too shabby, right?

The store, which opened up this fall in Maple Grove, posted about the upcoming event on its social media page.

Join us for a night of connections and socialization through a fun mix of personalities, backgrounds and interests over FREE food & beverages

ALL unfilled tags will be entered for a chance to win FREE SITKA GEAR!

This is event is free and open to the public with food and beverages provided.

The free event is open to anyone who wants to attend, but the gear 'raffle' is only for those who bring in an unused tag.

The event will be Saturday January 25th, from 2 to 7pm at their store in Maple Grove, which is located at 12499 Elm Creek Blvd N Ste A1, Maple Grove, MN 55369.

I had the opportunity to stop by the Maple Grove location with my wife last weekend to take a peek and see how the store had been doing since opening in the fall. Some lifestyle clothing was on sale.
