Meet this lovable coon hound mix, Whistler! Whistler came to TCHS as a transfer from another facility. He can develop skin irritations from collars so a harness is best for Whistler. He loves car rides, likes dogs that are bigger and smaller than him but isn't fond of dogs his size.
