Town For Sale

The first thing I thought when I read this story, was that if I bought this town, I would change the name. I'm just not sure what I would change it to. I could have the residents vote on it, but there are only two of them.

Swett, South Dakota is for sale. $400,000 and it's all yours. You'll get a bar (priorities), a workshop, three trailers, one house and 6 acres of prairie real estate.

So, if you buy this town, will you rename it? And what will you do to make it more attractive?
