TMZ got video of Tom Cruise at a wedding last weekend in Palm Springs.In case you're wondering, the wedding was for David Ellison, the son of Oracle CEO Larry Ellison . . . who's the third richest man in America.  David is also the executive producer on the new "Mission: Impossible" movie.

Tom not only does THE WORM but also the splits! Pretty sure he schooled the guy who went after him...
