When you are shopping around for a house, it's rare to find anything that is unique and not the same old houses you see everywhere.

This house that is for sale in Brainerd, looks like you normal average home built in the 1950's but inside, it's a whole different story. I found this house on Zillow and since it was a featured home on an Instagram account, I had to know why this house?

Checking further into details of this house, I found what it was that made this house unique. This house had a theme and that theme just happens to be a smiley face theme. Not my style but unique just the same.

This smiley faced theme house was built in 1951 and somewhere along the line someone decided to deck the place out with smiley faces. Everywhere you look there's a smiley face.  That is everywhere except one room which has an entirely different theme, an Elvis theme.

This slightly unique, not for everyone type home is just about an hour from St Cloud and ha 3 bedrooms a 2 bathrooms and there has been some remodeling. Also this house is covered in low maintenance siding which will save you some money over the years.

There is also a large laundry room in the partially finished basement.  There is a great bonus in the backyard. A raspberry patch where you can pick your own fresh raspberries.

With the price of homes through the roof lately, this Brainerd home seems like a bargain. Only $169,000 (including all the smiley faces) and the square footage comes in at about 1400 square beet.
