This Minnesota Bar Is Putting A Fun Twist On Adult Prom

It's prom season here in Minnesota, and one bar is getting in on the action. Kelly's Korner in Centerville is offering up a fun experience for adults with their thrifty/trashy adult prom at the end of the month.

The bar and grill posted about the event on social media yesterday, and for a minute, I thought it was a late April Fool's prank. But it is a real event, and when I took a minute to think about it, it started to sound like a good time.

I would think there might be some pretty fun and wild prom outfits that will be put together from a local thrift shop, just for the event, think of all the touille and hairspray that could be involved

The bar, which got its start way back in 1896, is known in the area as a place that puts on fun events throughout the year. In the past, the bar has held Bar Olympic games, NFL championship parties, as well as hosted Vikings watch parties when the team is playing over in Europe.

Would a thrift/trashy adult prom be something that would work in Central Minnesota?
