The Quickest Way to De-Ice Car Windows [Watch]

I think this concoction should be re-labeled as "Minnesota Magic Juice". Mix 1/3 parts water to 2/3 parts rubbing alcohol and mix it together in a spray bottle. Or a cup. I just used what I had in the house and it worked!!!
