It's definitely been a tough year for teachers who have had to navigate through distance learning, in-person learning and something called 'hybrid' learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Many teachers have had to quickly learn new technology in an effort to help their students use it too. Many of us had never even heard of Zoom or Teams a year ago--and certainly didn't know how to pull off a video conference call.

So, kudos to teachers! We see you and we appreciate you.

In an effort to honor educators, teachers can redeem a free combo meal at the Little Falls Taco John's on Wednesday, March 10 from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. How cool is that!? What a great way to get over the hump of the week.

Local business professionals are partnering with Taco John's in Little Falls to make the free meal possible; Angie Petersen with Keller Williams Realty Professionals and Katie Kapus-Jackson of Pine Country Bank.

According to the official Facebook event page, "Please stop by Taco John's … with your school ID and receive your free combo meal. Thank you for your dedication to our students and dealing with all the extra stresses this year has had. We're so grateful for all you do!"

This offer only applies to teachers with a valid school ID at the Little Falls location.

Taco John's in Little Falls is located at 109 Lemieur Street. If you've got questions you can call the store at 320-632-2754.
