So much for 13 being an unlucky number. Taylor Swift may have only tweeted 13 times this entire year, but it was enough to make her the most influential person on Twitter.

Social media intelligence company Brandwatch has released their annual lists of the most influential men and women on Twitter in 2018. Looking at the top 10 most influential women, Swift is leads with 98 points out of a possible 100, according to their ranking system.

Looking at the top 10 list of most influential men, Liam Payne's 97 points still falls short of Swift's 98. Taylor's nearly 84 million followers also easily dwarf's Payne's 32-plus million followers. Just sayin'.

You can check out both lists in full on Brandwatch, but some interesting things we noticed: Taylor, along with Kim Kardashian-West, Selena Gomez, Rihanna, and Lady Gaga, somehow didn't rank at all last year. Payne wasn't on last year's list, either, despite topping the men's list for 2018.
