As leaves start to fall, St. Cloud residents are gearing up for yard cleanup. Here’s what you need to know about disposing of that autumn debris.

The City of St. Cloud has set the dates for when yard waste bags will start being collected and when the compost site will open for the season. St. Cloud Public Services Assistant Director Dan Legatt joined me on WJON.

The snow is finally gone from most if not all yards in the St. Cloud area. St. Cloud Assistant Public Works Director Dan Legatt joined me on WJON. He suggests that residents pick up stick and twigs from their yards but to be cautions to not get too aggressive so they don't damage the grass as it come back from dormancy.

With spring here, the St. Cloud Compost site will officially open for the season.

Whether we like it or not we are transitioning from fall to winter. Because of this the city of St. Cloud has just 2 more Mondays where they will pick up yard waste. The last two Mondays are November 14th and 21st. Assistant St. Cloud Public Works Director Dan Legatt joined me on WJON.
