The St. Cloud Rox rallied from down 2-0 to win 5-2 at Duluth Sunday night. The Rox scored 1 run in the 7th inning and 2 in both the 8th and 9th innings. Aaron Rozek threw 1 2/3 innings of scoreless relief to earn the wins after Austin Casperson threw 6 1/3 innings with 2 earned runs allowed.
Yesterday I got to attend my very first St. Cloud Rox baseball game! It was a beautiful day for a baseball game, plus it was a breast cancer awareness day so the Rox wore some awesome hot pink jerseys! After the game the jerseys were auctioned off for charity which I think is an amazing idea...
The St. Cloud Rox lost to Rochester 12-3 yesterday afternoon in Rockford. Rockford put the game out of reach with a 6-run 7th inning. Mason Mamarella and Brett Pope each had 2 hits, 1 run scored and 1 RBI for the Rox.
