A video shared by MN Public Safety on Twitter shows an incredible scene and act of goodwill between strangers on a busy Minnesota highway.

A Minnesota driver's drunken spree led police off-road and even included a dangerous stretch on train tracks.

According to the Minnesota Law Enforcement Memorial Association, Theodore Joseph "Ted" Foss was struck and killed by a tractor trailer in 2000 while conducting a traffic stop on I-90 in Rochester, Minnesota.

A video posted to Youtube over the weekend by MN Safety shows a Minnesota driver losing his boat on the highway.
