You know how people are complaining that school supplies are already on display? Well, I was shopping with my mom last Friday at a local craft store and noticed that they had CHRISTMAS decorations already on sale--and lots of them. We couldn't believe it.

One tradition that I used to love was piling the family into the old station wagon and heading out into the neighborhoods to hunt for Christmas lights.
