The Benton County Sheriff's Office are reporting a package theft off a doorstep. Alicia Mages from Tri-County Crime Stoppers says a person in a vehicle parked near the trailer park of Rockwood Estates near Rice grabbed the packages off a doorstep.
The Benton County Sheriff's Department are reporting a theft of a 4-wheeler. Alicia Mages from Tri-County Crime Stoppers says it is a 1985 Suzuki Quad Sport with a blue sticker on the gas tank. It is red/orange in color.

Benton County has a need for additional foster parents and foster homes. Commissioner Steve Heinen, Benton County Social Worker Shawn Hylla and foster parent Nancy Femrite joined me on WJON. Hylla says the county has 13 licensed traditional foster homes and are in the process of licensing 2 additional homes by late summer.
