An annual run in March is coming back this spring.

After "retiring" the fundraising event in 2017, Mama Marla's Hike it or Bike it - Rejuvenated! is back for another round in 2018!

Mix 94.9 is going to be pumping you up on Saturday morning for the Minser Chiropractic 1K/5K walk/run!

Top 25 finisher at the Granite City Days 5K.

The biggest event of the year for Tanner's Team Foundation is coming up Saturday. Their 7th annual 5K walk-run will be held at Bob Cross Park in Sauk Rapids from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Music is the theme for this weekend in Central Minnesota with the Liberty Block Party, Bad Company will rock the stage at Grand Casino, Diamondback playing in St. Augusta, Music in the gardens and the Tanners Team Foundation 5K. Read more in The Weekender!

Think you have what it takes to run, bounce and jump your way through one of the insane training courses in Central Minnesota? If so then suit up and join the team as we get ready for the most fun and challenging 5K experience of our lives on Saturday June 11th at Powder Ridge in Kimball.

Through muddy terrain and over high walls, hundreds couldn't wait to get dirty in the Mudman Race. This three mile course scales Powder Ridge, with different challenges awaiting around every corner.

On Saturday, the 2nd Annual Tanner's Team 5k takes place in Sauk Rapids. Last year, 486 people ran or walked in the inaugural event. This year, Tanner's Team organizers John and Cindy Fuls are looking for at least 487 to participate!
