St. Michael Cinema 15 opened up a drive-in theater during the pandemic. While several pop up  drive-ins opened around the state during that time, it looks like St. Michael's outdoor theater is here to stay.

And, on their official Facebook page they recently announced their set prices, "St. Michael Drive-In is official! Finally through distributor approval, we are happy to announce our set drive-in prices!'

General admission is $8 per person. Kids ages 6 to 12 will cost $1 and kids 5 and under are free. You will be charged 25 cents to park your vehicle in a space.

They wrote, "we will be showing single and double features, new releases and classics. Price remains the same!"

That's awesome! You'll be able to catch new releases outside for the same price as it would cost to catch a classic movie--sounds like a good deal!

This weekend their drive-in theater is open and showing the films Scoob! and Godzilla Vs Kong starting at 9:15 p.m.

Over Memorial weekend they're showing Cruella on Thursday and Saturday night both starting at 9:20 p.m. Raya and The Lost Dragon and Cruella will be shown on Friday and Sunday and both of those films are scheduled for 9:20 p.m.

If you'd like to get your tickets early to make sure you've got a spot at the drive-in you can order them online on the St. Michael Cinema website.

If you plan on attending, here are a few things you should know.

  • The outdoor theater's entrance is in the back of the building.
  • It's all a first come first serve basis.
  • They'll start letting people into the lot roughly one hour before the movie starts.
  • No reentry
  • Movie audio can be heard through your own FM radio.
  • They do have bathrooms on site in their main indoor theater.

You can check out more information on their website.
