St. Cloud’s Outdoor ‘Friday Night Flicks’ To Feature ‘The Goonies’

St. Cloud Park and Recreation has been featuring outdoor movie nights for the family all summer long called 'Friday Night Flicks'. There are only two outdoor movie nights scheduled for the remainder of the summer.

This Friday will feature the 1985 film The Goonies. It's a movie about a group of kids who battle a property developing company with evil plans to destroy the town.

The film will be shown rain or shine. You're encouraged to bring a blanket and head to Whitney Sports Complex (Whitney Field C-3). There's music at 8 p.m. before the film starts. The movie starts at dusk (approximately 8:30 p.m.). You can bring your own snacks or purchase concessions.

The final movie night of the summer is set for Friday, August 23 and will feature the Incredibles 2.
