St. Cloud Yard Waste Collection Picks Up on Monday
ST. CLOUD (WJON News) -- Yard waste collection is starting up again in St. Cloud.
The city has announced the schedule starts this Monday and will end on November 25th. There is no yard waste collection on May 27th and September 2nd for Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Yard waste bags are clear compostable bags with the city logo imprinted on them. Bags cost $1.50 each and are sold in quantities of 10.
Bags need to be tied, not to exceed 40 pounds, and cannot be mixed with rocks or other items. There is no limit to the number of bags you can place out for collection.
You can buy yard waste bags at a number of retailers around town including Cash Wise, Coborn's, Good Earth Food Coop, Handyman's, Holiday Stations, Kwik Trip, City Hall, and more.
