St. Cloud Rotary Club Celebrates 5 Year Anniversary of ‘Summertime By George’ and Announces 2016 Line-up
ST. CLOUD -- Summer is right around corner and this year's music line up for Summertime By George has been announced by the St. Cloud Rotary Club.
This year's line up is a mix of both returning artists and new artists. Troy Fritz with the St. Cloud Rotary Club says the Cole Porter Band will be opening for Justin Ploof and the Throwbacks on opening night Wednesday, June 15.
Returning to the Summertime By George stage are, The Fabulous Armadillos, Chris Hawkey Band and Collective Unconscious.
NBC's The Voice finalist, Kat Perkins will take the stage Wednesday, August 17.

The St. Cloud Rotary Club celebrated five years of Summertime By George tonight (Wednesday) at their 2016 season launch event with a painting by local artist Doug Lien.
Each sponsor will get a copy of the painting that depicts some of Summertime By George's popular musicians, the city of St. Cloud and the St. Cloud community.
St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis was the first to be presented with the painting.
