Special Valentine’s Day Skating At St. Cloud Skatin’ Place

I'm definitely someone who feels like I was born in the wrong era. I love how back in the good ol' days you'd take your valentine out skating and then to a soda parlor for your date. It sounds so romantic. Well, St. Cloud Skatin' Place is holding a special Valentine's Day skating event just for lovers, and I'm totally here for it.

Love and the smell and the smell of pizza will definitely be in the air. The event kicks off on February 14 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. It's an event that's meant for adults, but according to the official Facebook event page, anyone is welcomed.

I'm also the kind of person who values experiences more than stuff and things. I mean, who really needs another giant teddy bear to add to the growing collection in the box from Valentine's Days past?

This is also a great event for those St. Cloud singles who are ready to mingle. Lace up your skates and slide into love. See, I told you, skating is romantic.

Capacity is limited so you're asked to pre-order your tickets online. Tickets cost $7.99 per person in advance. If you don't have your own skates, you can rent them from the Skatin' Place for an additional $4. If you'd like to buy the Valentine's Day package, it's $17.99 and includes your admission, 2 small sodas and a mini personalized pizza. You can add on skate rentals for an additional $4. (Tax isn't included in this price).

If you wait to get your tickets at the door the price will be $9.99. Skatin' Place is located at 3302 Southway Drive in St. Cloud.
