The Star Tribune reports there's a push to give felons back the right to vote in Minnesota. The land of 10,000 lakes is one of 22 states where felons can't vote until they complete parole or probation.

The bill is sponsored by Rep. Raymond Dehn. If the push is successful, there would be about 60,000 eligible felon voters.
