Should All Minnesotans Get “Rain-Days” at Their Jobs? [Vote]

My boyfriend works road construction. It isn't an easy job and keeps him super busy from May - November every year. These past two days haven't been great weather wise, and because of it he got two bonus days off!

My job is primarily an inside-job and the weather doesn't directly affect it, but it would still be nice to get a surprise "rain-day" every now and then. Who wouldn't want a call in the morning saying, "Rain-day, enjoy your bonus day off! See you at the office tomorrow!".

What do you think? Should all jobs come with a couple bonus days off during the year?
