Sheriff: Albany Man Falls Asleep, Rolls Vehicle

ALBANY - An Albany man was hurt in a rollover early Friday morning. The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says it happened at 4:00 a.m. on County Road 39 in Albany Township, about five miles northwest of Albany.

Forty-nine-year-old Steven Ritter says he was headed to work and fell asleep at the wheel. His vehicle drifted into the ditch, striking a road approach, and rolled.

Ritter was treated for non life-threatening injuries.
