Sherburne County Fair Hints At 2021 Comeback
It's a great week for central Minnesota. Several county fairs have been either confirming or hinting at a comeback for 2021.
Many Minnesotans have been unsure of what summer will look like amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
This week Benton County confirmed to WJON they're looking into doing a scaled back in-person fair this August. Meanwhile, Stearns County hinted at a 2021 fair.

Well, NOW, Sherburne County also hinted at a possible comeback too.
They posted a meme of Bernie Sanders sitting in a chair with his iconic jacket and gloves on during the 2021 presidential inauguration. The caption of the meme reads, "Bernie's waiting in line to get tickets to the 2021 fair!"
Wait, a minute! Did they just talk about the 2021 fair?! Yes, yes they did! We feel like this might have been their unofficial way of prepping us for what's to come. We're not going to lie, we're here for it. I can just taste the cheese curds now.

Back in November, they did announce they're hosting Jerrod Niemann on July 16 for a concert. However, their website still lists the dates for the 2019 fair with a message that reads, "Thank you EVERYONE for your support without a county fair in 2020. Here's to 2021!!"
