Rockville Boy Arrested For Allegedly Attacking His Girlfriend

ROCKVILLE - A 17-year-old Rockville boy has been arrested for allegedly attacking his 18-year-old girlfriend.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says they were called to an assault in progress at 301 Birch Street South in Rockville at about 5:30 p.m. yesterday (Wednesday).

Deputies found a 17-year-old boy had a stab wound to the stomach. He was taken to St. Cloud Hospital.

He was later arrested and is facing charges of domestic assault, and interferring with a 911 call.

It's believed the stab wounds were self-inflicted.
