“Real” Haunted Places Around St. Cloud, Minnesota
Happy Halloween! On this day, and many of the days leading up to today, people have been flocking to the area haunted attractions. Most of these are just put on by people play acting for the holiday. But there are some "real" life haunted places around the area. I only put the word real in quotes because some people do not believe that anything is actually haunted.
I disagree. I believe that there are places that are haunted with spirits of people who are not at rest. I just don't want to "see dead people" or see any evidence of dead people. Go ahead and be there, I just don't really want to know about it.
This video came out a few years ago, so some of the places have either been updated or have changed names and owners. The Pioneer Place is on the list - obviously, that is still there, now with the addition of the Blue Goose speakeasy. DB Searle's has now changed to Tequila Town. Doesn't make it any less haunted. Many who have worked there in the past say that the building is haunted. Most of the "sightings" have happened on the third floor of the building. Some of the buildings on St Cloud State University have been updated. They needed it. I'm guessing that whatever, or whoever was haunting the buildings before will still be haunting after the update.
You can see the video here. There are several other places mentioned in the video.
Are there other places around town that you know of that are haunted? Some people say that many of the buildings around the downtown area are haunted. Probably because so many of them are very old. It goes with the territory. Might be a fun Halloween tour.
