Twitter has seen some zany faux-accounts lately, including a NY Bronx Zoo snake escapee, Elvis Presley, and some random guy's liver.
So when Osama Bin Laden rose from the dead and began tweeting via numerous accounts on Sunday night, it was only a little strange.
Mostly, though, it was funny.
Some of the more notable tweets include:
@BinLadenInHell: "That Celine Dion music kept me up all freakin' night. Hell really sucks!"
@OsamaInHell: "Oh good - turns out James Franco is teaching a class here next month."
@Real_Bin_Laden: "I already miss my mansion. Had just gotten that 'World is Yours' statue and the desk full of cocaine set up where I wanted them."
I will admit, that in my lifetime, I don't recall the entire world being HAPPY about a man's death. But if ever there were a time when that would be appropriate, it would be now.
I saw another funny tweet from "Osama" that said,"Hangin' out with Adolph Hitler, I don't think he's such a bad guy!"
Another said,"Now that it's all said and done, I always wanted to go to Disneyland - and live in Los Angeles."
I guess Osama bin Laden was a Dodgers fan.
But seriously, for as much pain, destruction, and complete mayhem that this guy caused in his life - I have no problem with him being the butt of jokes until the end of time.
