ROSEVILLE (WJON News) -- Someone won the North 5 Jackpot in St. Cloud on Saturday night.

The Minnesota State Lottery says the jackpot was up to $113,055.

The ticket was sold at Ranjha Brothers LLC, doing business as Marathon, at 3535 West. St. Germain Street in St. Cloud.

The business earns a 1,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.  

Unless the winner chooses to opt in to publicity, their name and city will not be released. As of Sept. 1, 2021, the names and cities of lottery prize winners above $10,000 are private data.

The prize must be claimed in person at the Minnesota Lottery headquarters in Roseville. It is recommended that winners call ahead to check hours and to make an appointmentWinners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes. 

North 5 tickets cost $1 each to play.  Drawings are held daily at about 6:17 p.m.
