Night of Music in St. Joe to Benefit St. Joseph Fire and Rescue
I love these types of events - live music with a great band, outdoor event when it's nice out, and lots of people from the area that you know all supporting a great cause while having an awesome time.
One of these events is happening tomorrow night (Friday) in St. Joseph.
It's the Annual La Jam at the LaPlayette. The LaPlayette is located on College Avenue in St. Joe. They have a great outdoor area which is where the music will be held with the band IV Play. I have heard a lot of people say "I -Vee Play is playing". By the way, it's a Roman Numeral. The band is "Four Play". Just for claification.
The La did post some details on their Facebook page:
Usually I'm one of those people that wants to get to a place that has a cover before the cover starts. But this time, there is a cover charge and it's going to a great cause, so I have absolutely no problem paying that amount.
Can you make a donation without going to the event? Probably, yes. You can contact the St Joseph Fire and Rescue, and I'm sure they would be more than happy to take a donation from anyone.
